Life Insurance

Term insurance is for a specific term or time period and cost increases as we get older.  After the term is done your premiums will increase.  This is used many times to protect family assets while building retirement.

Whole life is what it says.  It lasts your whole life.  As long as you pay the premiums the coverage will never change and the premiums will never increase.  Builds cash value but we would want a bit deeper discussion on what that looks like.  This is the chassis that final expense is built on. 

IUL life insurance combines a term policy with an investment type bucket.   You have access to the market gains without participating in the market downside.  Typically your growth is capped because of the lack of downside risk.   This is not the only option.
